How fast do you answer?
Usually within one working day. During the beta, often within hours.
How do I export or delete my data?
Settings → Data downloads everything as one file. Deleting your account there removes it all and cancels any plan first.
I found a security issue. What should I do?
Write to abuse@kitefound.com with the steps to reproduce it. Please give us time to fix it before telling others; we will keep you updated.
Can I suggest a network or a feature?
Yes, please. We read every suggestion and reply to tell you what happens with it.
